I'm a tutor who is based out of Washington, DC, where I enjoy reading, hiking, and working out when I'm not in the classroom working with students. I have my bachelor's degree in physics from Harvard as well as my master's degree in physics from Boston University. I'm also currently finishing up an MBA degree. As a tutor, I'm able to provide students with lessons in a variety of subject matters. Some of the students I've taught in the past have come to me for help with algebra, SAT preparation, and science, amongst other things. I've always been a fast learner and am glad to share what I know in order to help others. I've also always been passionate about teaching. I started tutoring in high school just because I enjoyed it, and ended up carrying on that habit while at Harvard, where I tutored local high school students and fellow Harvard students. I know that math and physics can be scary subjects for some students, but I firmly believe that we all have the power to master them. As a tutor, I seek to provide the guidance and support that students need to get the most out of their classwork. I love helping a student find their breakthrough moment in a topic that they've been struggling with for awhile.
