Experience
I was a tutor at PVCC for Spanish and writing in 2013. I help developmental students through (college) Sophomore level. I have a lot of experience tutoring math informally, as well. I am keeping my prices low because I care about being accessible. I have spent one semester working with middle school ESOL students and this semester I am working with high school students in the AVID program. Education courses: Field Experience each semester, Exceptional Learners, Adolescent Learning and Development, and Introduction to Teaching as a Profession. Anything I have listed in my subjects, I have taken and feel I understand well enough to pass on -which is why Calculus is not there, but Differential Equations is. I have a history of not being the best student, but I've learned that school is important and have turned all my grades and life around. I want to help other students do the same without them spending 20,000 dollars on school before they learn their lesson like I did.
